1. What We Collect
When you sign up for TrafficRevive, we collect the following information:
- Google Account Info: your name, email address, and profile picture, provided by Google during OAuth sign-in.
- Google Search Console Data: page-level performance metrics (clicks, impressions, average position) for the site you choose to monitor. We request read-only access and cannot modify any data in your Search Console.
- Payment Information: processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. We store only your Stripe customer ID and subscription ID for billing purposes.
- Preferences: your chosen decay threshold and notification settings.
2. How We Use Your Data
- To pull your Search Console performance data and run weekly comparisons detecting traffic declines.
- To send you a weekly email alert listing any blog posts that are losing traffic.
- To display your scan history and decaying pages in your dashboard.
- To process payments and manage your subscription.
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third parties for marketing purposes. Ever.
3. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted by Supabase with encryption at rest and in transit. Google OAuth refresh tokens are stored encrypted in the database and are used solely to pull your Search Console data on your behalf.
We retain your scan history for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated data (including scan results, page metrics, and stored tokens) is permanently deleted within 30 days.
