Terms of Service

1. Service Description

TrafficRevive ("the Service") is a content monitoring tool that connects to your Google Search Console account to detect blog posts that are losing search traffic. The Service provides weekly email alerts and a dashboard displaying your content performance data.

2. Account Terms

• You must have a valid Google account with at least one verified site in Google Search Console to use the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. TrafficRevive is not liable for any loss or damage from your failure to maintain account security.
• You must provide accurate, complete information when creating your account.
• You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.

3. Plans & Pricing

TrafficRevive offers the following plans:

• Free Plan: 1 site, up to 100 pages scanned per week, weekly email alerts. No credit card required.
• Pro Plan: $9/month. 1 site, unlimited pages scanned per week, weekly email alerts, custom decay thresholds, and full scan history.

Prices are in USD and are subject to change with 30 days' notice. Any price changes will not affect your current billing period.

4. Payment & Billing

• Pro Plan subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe.
• Your subscription renews automatically each month unless cancelled.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain Pro access until then.
• We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months. However, we offer a full refund within the first 14 days of your initial subscription if you are not satisfied.

5. Data & Google Search Console Access

• We request read-only access to your Google Search Console. We cannot modify any data in your Search Console.
• You can revoke access at any time through your Google Account permissions.
• We store your Search Console performance data (clicks, impressions, average position per page) to enable week-over-week comparisons. This data is stored securely and deleted when you close your account.
• We are not responsible for the accuracy of data provided by the Google Search Console API.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to monitor sites you do not own or have authorization to monitor.
• Attempt to access data belonging to other users.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service.
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission.

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep TrafficRevive available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime.

8. Limitation of Liability

TrafficRevive is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, traffic, rankings, or data, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

• You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice.
• Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Continued use of TrafficRevive after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
